Our North Indian Thali is a celebration of bold spices and hearty textures. We start with Chole, chickpeas slow-cooked in a blend of pomegranate seeds, cumin, and coriander until they reach a deep, rich mahogany color. This is paired with Bhaturas, fermented dough that is deep-fried to golden, fluffy perfection.
What’s in the Thali:

Main: 2 Large Fluffy Bhaturas & Amritsari Chole (Chickpea Curry).

Sides: Spiced Potato Aloo Jeera, sliced onions, and green chilies.
